About

Ugh, you say. Another writer's blog. Yep, guilty as charged. But no pretentiousness here, no hard sell. Let's go with...newsy. Add a few photos, maybe a word or two of wisdom. That should about cover it.

  2. Dear Jen,

I finished reading your novel last night and found it an overpowering experience. I cried for an hour after finishing it. I think you are a superb author. Your imagery and similes are astoundingly creative. In the introduction you said it took a long time to get the book published. I want to encourage you to continue because I found it impossible to put the book down. It also helped me deal with my own recent loss of my wife in January.

(The only part of the book I didn't like was when Dominic talks about being reincarnated as a walrus. I thought that was kind of anti-climatic to the drama and tension going on between him and Dana & trivialized the rectification they both were undergoing. Just something to bear in mind.)

I realize this may sound far-fetched but I think the book would also make an excellent movie. Sort of like an advanced version of Touched by an Angel!

I wish you and your family every blessing,
    Shalom, Michael
