I once tried the I...Diets can be... strange things. I once tried the Israeli grapefruit diet. It was a three day thing. I did take off some weight, but not worth it. And as you say, 21 apples a week are likely to put you off. Best to stick to three meals a day and nothing in between. Good luck with it!
